About the author

Mr Srivastava is B.Com, FCS and a Company Secretary and has been working with the manufacturing industry for more than fifteen years. He has vast experience in Corporate Laws, SEBI-related compliances, Stock Exchange related compliances, and dealing with matters of RoC and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

He has edited various articles, journals, and editorials and has also been nominated on various expert committees for advising on matters of Corporate Law. He regularly contributes articles on corporate matters in newspapers and professional journals and speaks on Company Law matters.

He was the Chairman of the Kanpur Chapter of NIRC of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Ankur, the key editor of this book, ensures that the book’s contents will give a 360-degree analysis to the reader so that the reader can completely understand the laws and practices related to the topic covered by the book.
