Nabhi Publications Compilation of CCS Pension Rules Along with GOI Decisions by Nabhi Board of Editors

Central Civil Services Pension Rules, 2021 were notified on 20.12.2021 and came into force with immediate effect replacing the earlier CCS Pension Rules, 1972. The new rules endeavour to incorporate several Govt. of India Decisions and Clarifications within the rules, with a view to ensure correct interpretation and smoother implementation of the rules, removing the ambiguities. The rules also include provisions relating to online processing of pension claims ims through Bhavishya and disbursal of pension through authorised through authorised banks. Besides, recently new CCS Extraordinary Pension Rules, 2023 have also been notified replacing the earlier rules. Incorporating the up to date amendments and GOI decisions, we are now pleased to present this 2nd Revised Edition of Nabhi’s Compilation of CCS PENSION RULES, 2023. This book incorporates the text of Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 2021 with up to date amendments and Govt. of India Decisions which are still relevant and applicable and those issued after the notification of the new rules, arranged rule wise. The text of the rules (given in bold font) is supported by relevant Govt. of India Orders, D.G. P.&T, Instructions and C&AG’s Decisions (contained in a box), arranged under the relevant rule, in a logical manner, for better understanding of the subject.
