1. Before activation of classes- Please refer the videos provided with the google drive link/Pen drive on How to download the DTH  software required to play the classes before activating the classes. Proceed for installation only after referring the complete video. Still if problem persists in installation mail at  [email protected]  and give the team 24-48 working hours  to resolve the issue.
2. Classes once purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Piracy in any form is strictly not allowed. If it is found that you have recorded the classes or shared the classes with third parties without the approval of the Management legal action shall be initiated against you.
4. Classes can be played only on the laptop you installed it for the first time. If system is formatted from your end or lost or destroyed, Management is not responsible for the same and new activation key would not be provided.  Classes can be reactivated by paying 30 percent of the course fees if convincing evidence is provided by the student.
5. Only the validity of the classes will be extended . No new content or book will be sent to the students.
6. Amendments if any shall be made available on you tube
7. Also views of classes will not be reset. Only Remaining views will be carried forwarded.
8. If any student faces any technical issues in playing the classes, the student is required to mail at [email protected]  and give the team 24-48  working hours  to resolve the issue.
9. If a student faces any administration issues -For example, Book is not received in a proper condition or few classes are not received etc , the student is required to mail the issue at [email protected] and give the team 24-48 working  hours  to resolve the issue

Extension of validity of classes – Validity  of classes can be extended  only once in lifetime  – Two options to increase the validity of classes( Regular and Fast Track)

• 1. Rs 1000 – one-month extension
• 2. 50 % of fees- 3-month extension

Please note only the validity shall be extended and not the views. Also system change is not allowed. Also please note that classes can be extended only in the same system in which classes were earlier activated.  Classes cannot be extended for the Second time.
