I took her live Batch classes. No doubt her teaching is amazing but after sale services are not good for me. In Jan 2022 when I attended her live batch , I was tested positive for COVID due to which I had health issues and my limit to view the classes was over. I contacted the team for extension as it was mentioned that it can be extended if needed. The team then started you should email ma’am , only if she allows us we can extend it. I mailed her two to three too but no reply. Again I contacted the team but they were like we cant do anything as we don’t speak with ma’am directly. I fail to understand , whether ma’am will handle all these things? or she will focus on recording lecture ( as there are regular batch , live batch , fast track batches ) and clearing doubts for students. Worst after sale service I have faced. Kindly don’t promise anything if it cant be fulfilled.
