About the Author
N.S. Zad obtained his Commerce degree from Shivaji University of Kolhapur and cleared CS Final Exam in June 2005 held by the Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has been teaching for the last ten years and has vast teaching experience for various professional courses like CA, CS & CWA at IPCC/Executive & Final Level. He has practical experience working with medium and large-sized organizations and firm(s) of practising company secretaries.

Pankaj Kumar is a Science graduate with a postgraduate degree in Finance. He is a practicing Company Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, London. With over 15 years of teaching experience, he has authored numerous texts on Corporate Law, including subjects like Company Law, Securities Law, Economic Law, Industrial & Labour Law, General Law, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, and Secretarial Audit. His work has been associated with prestigious organisations such as NIRC, ICSI, ETEN, ALDINE, BSEI, and IGP across various teaching modes, including face-to-face, online, recorded pen drive, and satellite classes.
Since 2012, Pankaj has served as an academic expert with ICSI and has been a faculty member with NIRC-ICSI since 2008, where he was honoured with the ‘Best Faculty’ award. As a trainer and consultant since 2008, he has provided strategic planning, business development, project planning, and corporate restructuring services to various companies.
Pankaj has also been a prominent speaker at numerous seminars, webcasts, career awareness programs, training orientation programs, student induction programs, academic development programs, and MSOP sessions organised by NIRC, ICSI, SEBI, MCA, and other regulatory bodies.
