About the author

Dr. Anil Kumar, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Coordinator, National Centre of Corporate Governance, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi. An alumnus of SRCC, he did his post-graduation in Commerce from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. His area of specialisation is Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance. He has been awarded Ph.D. degree by the University of Delhi for his research on corporate governance.

Dr. Kumar has contributed number of research articles in national and international journals; presented his research work at international conferences in India and abroad; and has conducted several executive development and training programmes for corporate executives and directors. He has over thirty years’ of teaching both under-graduate and post-graduate students.
