About the Author

CS Divyesh Patel is an Assistant Professor at C.K. Shah Vijapurwal Institute of Management – Vadodara, affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad; Gujarat besides being Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is currently ‘pursuing PhD in Finance. He has been teaching Accounting, Costing ‘Financial Management, Taxation and Laws since 2010 for various professional courses like CA, CS, CMA, ACCA and MBAs. He is a resource person for ICSI, ICMAI and various universities of Gujarat and trained more than 1000 professionals during span of 10 years.
