Can I return, if my product is damaged / defective /missing pages in book?
Yes, Customers may notify us of any manufacturing defect or damages within 72 hours from the delivery. We will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new product at no extra cost.
MakeMyDelivery will replace the specific product ordered. However, we will not return the book or replace with other book you want to order.
Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer is not returnable at all.
Courier charges in this case will be beared by us. Customer will get a hassle free replacement in this case.
Do you replace / return, if I don’t like the book I ordered?
Yes, we can replace the book with any other book you want. However the return will be at Sole Discretion of MakeMyDelivery and if return is entertained, then the courier charges for sending the book will be charged.i.e(Rs 80) per book
Where to notify, in case of problem with an order?
In case of any problem in the order, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org , we will try to revert you with the solution within 24 hours of your mail.
Will I get the refund if by mistake I have made the payment twice?
Yes we will provide you with the full refund of the amount you have paid by mistake. However, if the product was already shipped, then we will provide the refund after deducting the courier charges.
What if I receive a duplicate / not same product?
You can mail us at email@example.com , we will replace the product with the actual and original product you ordered. Courier charges in this case will be beared by us. Customer will get a hassle free replacement in this case.
What is the procedure of Refund?
1. Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
2. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.
3. You can opt for store credit as well and use the amount for future purchases with us.
