Since 2012 the author is practicing in the field of Indirect Taxation at S.K.KANODIA & ASSOCIATES, a 30 year old chartered accountant firm having its head office in Kolkata. He major representational assignments before the Adjudicating Authorities & various Appellate Authorities including the CESTAT. He is also a Special Invitee to the Research Committee of the EIRC of ICAI for the year 2013. He has over 2 year of post qualification experience in Indirect Tax and is currently working in Mumbai with one of the big four accounting and tax consulting firms.
